Celebrating Graduation from College

What should we do? Would any place do anything special? We are taking this trip to celebrate, but heck this is a major deal (graduating with our masters and never going back to college again, kinda feels like a birthday)

I'm just saying "congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I'm 9 weeks until half way. Getting my masters too and yes, saturday night at 2am still working (dis'ing for breaks).

I'm going to Disney for an "I'm done" present but we are going 5 months before graduation- at that point I'll only have a 15 week externship left (completed all classes and my thesis next December)

I think restaurant choice depends on what your group is into. I know some would love Wispering Canyon while I would go for Victoria and Alberts or California Grill to celebrate (DBF isn't into that food so I'm skipping it)

Are you staying on site? You might be able to call ahead and have your room decorated and have a fruit basket, balloons, cake or flowers all ready in your room for you....

Anyone, anyone? Would a cake be silly? And where would be the best place to get that from?

Im sooo happy to finally be done! And I would like my best friend who is graduating with me to be able to celebrate too.

Wherever you are staying let them know that this is a celebration trip. If you stay at a deluxe hotel you should be able to get things like balloons or cakes or those great 'tuxedo' chocolate strawberries sent to your room!

As for special places to eat i'd recommend the California Grill with seating for the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom. Also let them know when you're making the reservation that it is a special occasion and they might do a small cake or you can maybe organise something with the restaurant.

If you want somewhere fun and want to make a whole evening of it i'd start out with a nice meal at Wolfgang Puck's or Raglan Road at DTD and then you could go to the clubs/bars there for the evening and celebrate with a drink and a boogie
