Celebrating Easter mid-trip, basket ideas?

We'll be in Florida for Easter this year and I'm looking for vacation specific or consumable basket ideas for my kids - both girls ages 7 and 11. They will get some candy (we will be doing an egg hunt at a local relatives' house) and the Easter Bunny will probably leave some of their favorites at home for them, I don't want to give them much beyond what they can consume during the rest of our trip which is 4 days including Easter itself. I'm stumped on what to put in their baskets this year, I can't do things like a new bathing suit or flip flops, etc because Easter falls halfway through our trip and they will need those things when the trip starts. I want to try and bring as little home as possible, I will either be shipping a box down or carrying it in our luggage, but I know we will want that space for souvenirs on the trip home. We are not doing Disney this time, but Universal and we don't check in till the day after Easter so I can't really do souvenir type stuff. I'm looking at some non candy snacks, but beyond that I can't really think of anything else. Any ideas appreciated.

Some ideas off the top of my head:

Lanyards to hold their tickets
Autograph books and pens
Glow stuff for night
Ponchos
Gift cards to spend in the park

If it was me I would do it Harry Potter themed. You could even add wands!

If I didn't want to bring anything home or bring anything useful they'd need on the 1st part of the trip...I might be the gift card/tickets bunny...they don't even have to be cards for using down there, but could even be for activities back home (laser tag, mini golf, trampoline parks, bowling, roller skating, water parks, movie tickets, circus tickets, ice cream sundaes, smoothies, etc)...you could make them all Orlando, but it might be nice to see the things they'll get to do back home since they won't have a lot of vacation left...
