The latest update was definitely worth the wait. Aren't the Chinese acrobats amazing? Oh, and the candy lady is incredible to watch. I've been thinking about making an ADR just so we can watch Remy but from the reviews that I've seen lately, I don't know that the food is good enough to justify using our dining plan credit....even to see Remy.

Looking forward to more Disney adventures.

Great update! Hope life has calmed down some for you... I've never seen the acrobats in China, hope to see that next trip and the candy making lady too! Remy looks so cute! Hunter would love that but I don't think I'll mention it since the food wasn't great...

We've never seen the acrobats or Miyuki before. We must do that! I loved seeing the pictures you took of both of them.

So glad that Thomas got to see Remy. We feel the same way about Chefs de France - glad we tried it but not on the top of our list to return. Of course Remy wasn't there when we went.

Hi Nichole! I am finally all caught up on your report, sorry for the delay! Great updates. Your pics are awesome, even with the rain which is a bummer. At least Blizzard Beach worked out for you guys, looks like you had a great time! I love the Daisy tees you and Kaylee have on, she is my fav, they are so cute! Thanks for the Chefs de France review, I was thinking of trying it next time but am nervous about it and kinda picky so I'm not sure if we will go for it. Remy is just adorable though. And it is awesome that you finally got to see the acrobats!

Yay! Great update Nichole! Love the acrobat pictures....I think the ones taken inside are better than the pics from outside. I think it has to do with the people who are in the background of all the outside pictures...the inside ones look more like what you would take at a stage performance.

I think Chefs De France looks fun....nice picture of Boris, by the way! He's kinda cute! Not as cute as Remy though...adorable! Thomas looks very happy!

Can't wait for more!!! Hope your Dad is doing ok!

Life is still rather hectic, so much for summer being relaxing. Well now you have stuff to add to your next trip list. Looks at the menu and see what you think about France. Some people like it.

Thanks for getting caught up. I still have to get caught up on everyone's TR's too I'm way behind. We love Daisy too. I would suggest reading more reviews and looking at the menu. The only thing I didn't like were the potatoes. Tom didn't like anything except for the bread . Thanks, he is feeling a bit better.

I don't think I have seen many pics of the acrobats come to think of it. Che'f was okay just didn't love the food. Maybe that is why my husband didn't like the food. Thomas was thrilled with Remy, as you can see in the picture. He loved him . Thanks he is doing okay, for now at least.

Guess what came in the mail today????

A postcard with a code for free dining from 8/23 until 12/17 .



But there is only one problem convincing Tommy to use it. With my dad being sick we have to use his vacation week to go to NJ soon with the kids. Also we have some bills right now that we need to pay off first before taking a vacation again. Also Kaylee really can't miss school, in case we have to go to NJ during the year. That kind of sucks we can't take advantage of it . Could be worse. I was excited to get that postcard in the mail for about 10 minutes. Well maybe I can convince Tom to take a trip for our Anniversary December 3rd . I'm a Disney addict for sure.

We were planning on going in January for Rachel's birthday but I guess I sort of got a personal pin code.... You remember from my TR last year that my DSIL won 3 years of DVC points? Well she invited us to go with her in December!!! So now we are planning a surprise trip for the kids (leaving the husband's at home) and we are staying in a 2 bedroom villa at OKW (unless AKL or Beach Club opens up)!! I can't wait to see the decorations at Christmas! Maybe you can talk your DH into going for at least a short trip?

Yes this was my first personal pin code . But this may end up being a deal that gets released to the public anyway. There was a general one in 2007 and we used that for Poly. Anyway OKW looks beautiful! I like the theme better than SSR. I'm sure you know the two bedroom will be huge. Christmas time will be great. My only problem is it would be early December, Kaylee would miss days of school which is a huge No No here. I also thought about November but then we would miss the osbourne lights. It would be hard to convince Tommy but even harder to convince him after the school issues we had in May. I'll keep you posted. What are your dates? Do you have a PTR?

How wonderful!! It's always a thrill to get picked for something fun!!

Unfortunately they have blackout dates for Thanksgiving weekend. Schools here are just so backwards. It's all about funding. Kayle gets only 5 parent notes for the whole school year. That includes even half days that she has to be out for dance. God forbid she gets sick with a cold and I don't take her to the Dr's. They must have notes for everything. Mind she is a straight A student and does great on the Tcaps.

I would love to see Osbourne lights . Tom already said no way to going with everything going on right now. I hope you do a trip report, I love seeing pics of the holiday stuff at Disney.

I will definitely do a TR. I haven't decided whether to do a PTR. If I do I probably won't start it until November. By then I'll have the flights booked (hopefully - the rates came out this week and I'm hoping to hold out for some lower fares...) and all the dining in place.

Anyway, I hate you can't work it out to go then... Are you going to have to do summer trips from now on with the school situation?
