So we started off the day doing TSM, and seeing meeting Buzz and Woody right after. We were doing good on time. I knew we were wanting to go see the 10:30 showing of Playhouse Disney, but it wasn't nearly time yet. So we went to see the Little Mermaid show first. I must admit that this was a really good show, even my boys liked it. I was impressed with all the special effects they did, and Ariel was beautiful and did a wonderful job. My boys were such good sports. They never complained about having to see all this Princess stuff this trip. They always happily got in pictures with the princesses. I am telling you, they will do anything for their sister. She knows it too.
After The Little Mermaid we headed right across the street to Playhouse Disney. I was a little nervous because there weren't many people in line, and I didn't want to sit in the very front because I knew my kids would not be able to see up on the stage. They opened the doors and started letting people in. We went in and sat about halfway back. Too bad it didn't last. A CM came over and told us we had to scoot all the way up to the front so the people that come in behind us can get a spot. So I scooted up, but not all the way to the front. It didn't matter because nobody wanted the front and so nobody would come sit in front of us. Then the CM comes back over and tells us to scoot all the way up to the taped line. Darn, I didn't want to sit that close. Of course, my kids could hardly see the people that come out on stage because that stage is so high. I recommend not getting in line early, because they will make you scoot up. I would rather be in the very back of the room. The back is probably the best place to view it from. Next time I am not getting in line until they are about to shut the doors.
I held my camera up to get this picture.
We could see the characters when they came up to the edge of the stage.
Donald(DS4) kept trying to see so he would stand up. Then we would have to tell him to sit back down.
We love the playhouse disney show. We have seen it before. My older two were not as thrilled about it anymore, but the younger two loved it!! So, after massaging the cricks out of our necks, we headed over to do the Star Tours ride. We knew we were going to eat lunch at the Pizza Planet, and this was on the way over there. We told the kids that we could only ride it once because we had to get to lunch before Pizza Planet got crowded. Of course the younger two couldn't ride Star Tours so I opted to sit out with them while DH took Goofy(DS7) and
Lego(DS6) on. Let me just back up a minute and say that my son Lego(DS6) loves star wars. All he wanted for Christmas was a bunch of star wars stuff. Of course some of this stuff would be star wars legos. So I was surprised when he announced that he didn't want to ride Star Tours. He was hungry and just wanted to get to lunch. Well, Goofy(DS7) was wanting to ride so DH went ahead and took Goofy(DS7) on since there was only a 10 minute wait. Wouldn't you know it, as soon as they had walked out of sight Lego(DS6) decides that he does want to ride Star Tours. Of course he starts in with the tears and I tell him I will take him on it when DH and Goofy(DS7) get off. In my head I am calculating minutes and thinking that we are going to hit the mad rush of lunchers. So I give a dramatic sigh to make myself feel better and get myself mentally prepared to have to fight off people for a table at Pizza Planet.
I took this picture while waiting. Lego(DS6) was pouting, so he did not want to get in the picture.
DH gets off of the ride and I tell him that now Lego(DS6) is wanting to ride, so I will take him on it and then we will go to lunch. DH gives me a roll of the eyes, and then I head to the ride with Lego(DS6). I warn Lego while standing in line that we are not going to stay in the gift shop that you have to walk through because we have to go to lunch afterwards. I also tell him that we will come back and walk through it later in the day. He agrees and we get on the ride, and then it happens again. Motion sickness. What has happened to me? I had never gotten sick on rides before this trip. I must have hit my head or something before the trip. Maybe it is from the constant head butts that you get from kids. I can't tell you the number of times I have been hit in my head by my kids.

So we get off the ride and I drag Lego(DS6) through the store. Of course he is trying to stop and touch everything. Now, I bet you are wondering what DH did while we were in the ride for 15-20 minutes. He was getting a snack of course, and he knew we were getting ready to eat lunch. Oh well, if it keeps them happy!
He also had taken some pictures of the kids while Lego(DS6) and I were on the ride.
We get to Pizza planet about 11:45. We walk in and I am shocked. There was no line yet. So we ordered our pizza's and turn around. When we turn around there is a line going out the door.

We must have gotten there right before a show let out or something. So we took our pick of tables. The kids wanted to eat upstairs. I took one picture at the pizza planet and it was this.
I have no idea where that picture came from. I am guessing one of the kids actually took it. If I had been taking pictures, you know I would have gotten the food! Sorry, no food pics in this portion. Of course Princess(DD2) spilled her drink, once again, all over herself. This was the third time this trip. So, I changed her clothes, we finished eating, everyone used the bathroom, and we were off once again. The next thing on our agenda was the 1:30 showing of Lights, Motor, Action. I was originally wanting to see the Power rangers again before the show, but we had already missed them since we ate lunch later than expected. That's fine, I noticed that they had a penguin out over at the club penguin area, so we headed over there and the kids got their picture taken with this guy.
Then we headed over to the show. It was hot outside, but they have big fans in the bleachers so we sat right under one of the fans. This show was awesome!!
Here is a short clip for your enjoyment.
Well, I was going to insert a short clip right here, but I have to wait for it to upload to my photobucket. I will show it to you later after it has uploaded.
Here is a picture of Princess(DD2) enjoying the show.
Obviously she was thrilled. Ha Ha.
