My current 3 yr old will have his Bday when we are at WDW in February. What would you recommend to make this day even more special for him?

Make sure you note it on your reservation...once the hotel sent a signed card and balloons to my son for his 5th...

I'd do a meal or character meal for his bday and make sure you note it on the PS also...

Get one of the bday buttons at the parks..and have him wear it...

I agree about the birthday button. Just a reminder but don't expect WDW to do something because you mention it in your reservation. Sometimes they do but if you are expecting them to do and they don't you will be disappointed.

I would keep it simple and sweet. I tend to go overboard, and it just is overwhelming!

We did lunch at CP for my friend's birthday - he loved it and he's 27 !!! I had noted the birthday on my PS and they sprinkled his place with confetti, the characters all made a big fuss over him (we scheduled the earliest seating, so it wasn't very crowded yet), they brought him a birthday card signed by pooh and his pals, put a candle in a cupcake and sprinkled his head with 'pixie dust' - he even got up and joined all the littler birthday people in the birthday parade around the room with the characters. If your little guy likes the pooh characters, I'd recommend this meal !!
