Jamaica 45 and Aruba 51 are a quick few steps to the bridge that leads across the lake right to Old Port Royale!

CBR - the walk around the lake is beautiful. You can request a room in Aruba or Jamacia close to the bridge and then it is just a short walk to the food court area. I have stayed in all of the areas there and none are really a long walk except Trinidad South. We love the feel of the Bahamas and the rooms are a bit larger than the other moderate resorts.

I only think it matters if you plan to use the food court on a regular basis. We only use it on check in and check out days, so being close to the food court is no big deal to us (which is what preferred gets you at CBR.)

Personally, I prefer CSR to CBR. I like CSR's main pool and I like that the food court and check in are in the same building. It also has fewer bus stops. They are both very pretty, though.

The check in area is in a separate building when you come into CBR. A preferred location is near the main pool and food court. Once the pool complex is complete I think lots of families will be staying at CBR.
