Yes! Just be out at the bus stop 45 minutes prior to your seating time. Look for the Magic Kingdom bus. When boarding, let the driver know where your breakfast is, and if they can, they will take you directly. If they are unable to take you directly, then they will show you where the Monorail is, and that will take you the rest of the way.
By the way, when you book it... Dining will tell you that there is no bus. IGNORE THEM. They are wrong.
