Do category 3 rooms include concierge service? If so, what are the perks of concierge? Thanks!

Cat 3 rooms do include conceirge service. As far as what all is included, I am not really sure, but I think they will take care of your booking your ressies for the spa as well as for Palos...

Yes, the Category 1-3 suites include concierge service. Services include:

* Dedicated check-in desk in the terminal
* Guests can meet with the concierge staff on embarkation day for individualized itinerary planning (e.g. arrange spa treatments, Palo reservations, shore excursions, etc.).
* Guests are entitled to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in their room with the same menu selections as in the restaurants (arrangements are made in advance with the concierge)
* On one night of the cruise, guests receive a complimentary sweet such as petit fours.
* Selection of video tapes for the video cassette player located in the stateroom (CDs are available as well)
* Concierge reception
