Catagory 8?

Hi, I am trying to book a cruise for next April 2005(4-day), one of the sites that I got a quote from does not give a room #. My ? is, is it possible to get an upgrade on a Cat. 8?? Or are upgrades just given with lower catagory bookings?? I would be happy with just an Oceanview but would love to be bumped up to a Verahnda! Any info would be appreciated! Thanks, Joan

We love our Cat 8 stateroom (6512). We have had this same room on our last three cruises. It's quiet, and convenient to many areas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend at Cat 8 stateroom.
