I just booked this cabin and am wondering if anyone has any comments on it. I know it's a partially enclosed verendah, but I just was checking out inkkognito's site where it showed cabin 6634. From those pictures, it looks like my cabin is only an outside cabin not a verendah. Should I be freaking out?

Ok, i'm alright now, I went a little further down the site and saw pictures of the cabins. From the exterior of the ship it looks like a porthole. Not sure if i'll upgrade to a normal verendah.

Any comments would still be appreciated!

We went in May we had rooms 6620, 6622, 6634, 6636, 6638, 6640, 6642. If I am not mistaken (someone corrct me please if I am) If I remember right 6634 is the stateroom that they use to charge a full veranda price for and have changed it to a partial blocked veranda at cat 7 price. There is not an oval circle opening. If you look at the ship pictures it is where the metal slants diagonal. It is partial blocked. But it is more open than the real cat. 7 room. My in laws loved this room. They felt that they had a more open veranda than my mom in the next room with the oval. It didn't rain while we were there but I will say that if it did you could sit on the part blocked veranda easier than the open full veranda. You will love the room and it is a lot cheaper than the cat. 6 and they are side by side rooms. I also don't think you can get a room on the outside of the ship without a veranda. But I am not sure. Have fun Brenda
