Casual okay for these restaurants?

We are on the dining plan and usually we pack clothes for dinner (at table service meals), but I'd like to minimize packing tomorrow, so I'm wondering--are there any restaurants on my list where we should not wear "park attire" (cargo pants/shorts; tees; tennis shoes)?

If you tell me to dress up, I'll pack accordingly.

Crystal Palace (5 pm)
Le Cellier (7 pm)
Paradiso 37
1900 Park Faire (breakfast)

Especially the ones *in* the parks. They absolutely realize where their guests are coming from. I think even Bistro de Paris, which is perhaps the fanciest in-park restaurant at WDW, has only a very mild dress code.
