Castle Question.......Whose is it

My friend and I were discussing the Castle the other night and I feel really stupid, but I was unsure of the answer

Is it Cinderella's or Sleeping Beauty's Castle?

Are they the same at both MK and DL?

Sleeping Beauty's is in Disneyland and Cinderella's is in Walt Disney World.

Cinderella's castle is at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World
Sleeping Beauty's castle is at Disneyland in California
They are VERY different castles.

The castle at WDW is officially called Cinderella Castle. It is much larger than Sleeping Beauty Castle, which is at DL.

I saw on a recent show that original the castle at WDW was built with living accommodations inside for Walt DIsney and his family when they were there. Of course, Walt died before he had the pleasure of using it.

Thanks for clearing that up, we were both sitting there feeling like idiots!

Given the 2 we were kinda sorta right, now we just need to keep our geography straight.

There is also an apartment inside Sleeping Beauty Castle at DL that Walt did use. And for what it's worth, Tokyo has a clone of Cinderella castle, Hong Kong has a clone of Sleeping Beauty Castle, and Disneyland-Paris has a unique version of Sleeping Beauty Castle.
