castle mosaic for Christmas

So, for Christmas, I had a picture printed up for the wifey from www.mypicturesoncanvas.com . I was very pleased with thier product and the service. To satisfy her Disney obsession, I used andreamosaic (as mentioned in this forum) and took all of our disney pictures and had a mosaic made of the castle. Here is what we got:

I used a program called andreamosaic, here is a link to it. You tell it what directory to pull photos from, it parses it, then you add a "matrix photo" which is what you want it to look like, and it starts assembling it. The original mosaic for this was around 16 Mb size.
