Hi there, my family and I are all booked to go to WDW on the 1st July for 3 weeks (staying in Kissimee).

We have booked to take my 3 year old daughter to the Castle Feast breakfast and have a question regarding this if anyone can help us.

The table is booked for 9.30am but obviously the gates dont open until 9am, will this be enough time to get through the gates and get to the Castle Feast in time? We will be first time visitors.

Thanks

By "castle feast" do you mean Cinderella's Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom for breakfast?

If so, so long as you're at the enterance to Magic Kingdom at 9am, you'll have no problem.

Welcome! You'll have a fantastic time and must be looking forward to your DDD (Double Digit Dance)! :thumbsup2

We've had early breakfast ADRs several times in the past (8:15am for example). With a 9:30 breakfast you should have plenty of time if you head straight to the restaurant, but guests who have early reservations are allowed to enter before the park opens. Just tell a cast member and they'll direct you to the appropriate part of the entrance. You are able to walk down Main Street and look around but aren't able to enter any of the other lands and the real bonus is it's lovely and quiet. :)

Have fun!

Just searched a few dates in July and every one I tried breakfast was available from 8:05am in the castle so they let people in from before 8am to get to the castle in time. Get to the gates for 9 if you want to go straight there of earlier if you want to look down Main st 1st.

Are you driving or taking the buses? remember MK takes a long time from parking a car (30 mins?) to getting to the gate. Buses drop a lot nearer.

Almost forgot, Welcome to DISboards:goodvibes

I recommend getting to the park early before opening and taking advantage of being allowed to enter before the park opens. You will have a practically empty main street to walk down, you can take your time enjoy the moment. The photopass photographers are out at this time so you can get photos with your family in front of the castle without lots of other people around. It is a really special moment.

Here is a photo of me and my DD back in 2009 skipping to the castle for breakfast.
