Who would like to see the castle decorations stay up for good? I think the castle looks beautiful with the gold accents. It could stand to lose the gold figurines but I like the ribbons and other gold accent.

I love the castle regardless of what it looks like. Although we did see it as a cake and I'm glad it didn't stay that way. I would be disappointed if that was my only vision of the castle. :)

I agree! I still can't wait to see Cinderella Castle all dec'd out for the 50th!

I LOVE the Castle and the new decorations just add to the enchantment of it. They can stay as far as I'm concerned!! Of course I will be a better judge when I'm there in 86 DAYS!!!! :banana: :banana: (But who's counting????!!!!) :crazy:

Is the Castle fully decorated? Does anyone have a picture???????

I think it looks nice, however I still dont want it to be like that forever. Especially the gold figurines

I think it is beautiful - I voted yes for now - but might need to reservemy right to change my mind once I see live and in person!!

While I am really loving the pictures of the Celebration Decorations, I would like the Castle to remain the same . I guess I'm a little bit of a purist that way.... I am not at all happy with the Hand & the Hat additions to SE & MGM. At least the Castle decos are nice & tasteful & don't detract from the beauty of it......

It looks really nice in the photos, but I think I'd prefer a return to its' original state after the celebration. :earsboy:

I saw the castle last week and thought it was just beautiful. If it continues to look that good (and I'll check it out again the last week of March), it can stay that way.

I just love the glittering from the turrets.

Thanks to all for posting the pictures since I haven't been there to see it lately!

I have to say that it looks cool, but I really hope that they put it back to normal at some point. I know that things have to change and update ocassionally, but I would prefer that the mainstay on Main Street stays constant and beautiful. That way my children and their children will see exactly what I saw when I was a kid, walking down Main Street.

The castle looks great (especially compared to the 25th disaster!) and I'm looking forward to seeing it in December when I'm there with my best friend and my kids seeing it NEXT June when our family is there. That being said, I feel after the celebration it should go back to it's true state....the way Walt intended....the way it should be.... :goodvibes

It looks good from a distance, but the close up shots are a little too.... busy.

My opinion of the castle after seeing it this past week is it's beautiful!! :) It's just amazing seeing it upclose after so many years. :)

I just saw some of the pictures in safetymom's photo gallery and I think the castle is beautiful with the gold trim.. I hope it stays!

::yes::

Even though the castle looks lovely and very special with the new gold deco, don't think the castle decorations need to remain. My opinion is that would take away from the "special" feel of the 50th Anniversary. JMO princess:

I'd rather see it in person before voting but just from the pictures I would have to vote for it to stay!
