Castaway Key club ????

Ok so I went on the Wonder 3 day cruise from May25-28. I wanted to rebook for next april on the cruise but the rebooking person was either not there or with someone. I have been waiting for my Castaway key club stuff. I hope it will have my id##. (I have no idea of what it will entail) How long does it take to get receive it? Should I call disney cruise line and ask if or when it will be sent??

I want to rebook and pay while I still have the $$ We all know how $$ seems to go to other things that need it and not where it was intended.

So what do my Disboard cruise experts say?????

I took your advice and called DCL. They gave me my Castaway key club # for both my DS and myself. I am so glad I called as I was told by the CM they are updating the Castaway key club information (never a good sign) so I may not receive the info anytime in the near future.

Just an FYI for those that sailed recently and are also waiting.
