Hello! Would someone be able to tell me if Disney keeps a record (like 14.5 years back lol) of past cruises guests have taken? I was reading after 1 cruise you are in the Castaway club. We are going in May on the magic, but our last cruise was October 2004 for our honeymoon. Thanks for any help!

Have you made an account on DCL website? Does it show that you are a Castaway Club member?

We sailed in 2002 & 2003 and not again until 2012 and they still had us with our original CC number and we had our CC gift on the bed when we arrived.
Our kids too, who were adults by 2012.
But if you go to the website like schmoo said you should be able to see your CC account.

If you can't get in, give DCL a call they can give you your CC number.

I had a similar situation, I called the castaway club number and they were able to find my number. It was super easy.

Also, if you kept your old KTTW card, your number is on that.

They have tracked all of mine, including one I took as a teen that was booked by someone else as a group - 18 years ago!

When you log on to your DCL account there is an option on the pull-down menu “Castaway Club.” Your past cruise info should be there.

I went on my first Disney Cruise when I was 4 years old, so 20 years ago, and they still had a record of mine when we went this past September. I didn't have an online account or anything regarding that cruise that I knew of, but the man pulled it up when we were checking in so it was all there and I was given a silver Castaway Cay lanyard even though this was only my second cruise

As a one time cruiser (even if you were only 4 years old) you are a Silver CC member.
