Before we left for our vacation there was a thread about less than helpful/pleasant CMs when checking in late.
This was our experience at the AKL
Our towncar pulled up and was immediately greeted by a friendly CM that took our luggage and said we could have it almost immediately. The CM that checked us in was very friendly, we got an upgrade that we did not ask for and he gave us all kinds of brochures about the resort and parks, 1 for each member of our family. Chatted right along as he checked us in. He said the luggage CM was right behind us to take us to our room, we turned around and there he was (so glad we chose not to use DME) He showed us to the room, showed us around, asked if we had any questions, then left. We arrived at the resort probably around 10:45 and we were alone in our room by 11:15 PM.
The next morning as we exited our room we met our mousekeeper Cindy. We would find her outside our door every morning (we always left about the same time)wishing us a good time and asking if it was alright to clean our room) On the last day she was there smiling and waving through the luggage thing they put your luggage in. It was a nice start every morning. While we didn't get any towel animals she made us feel like she was happy to be doing what she was doing.
