We've know him for so many years. He was not there on our recent trip and it was not the same without him.

He does such a wonderful job with the kids at the pool, sets up the movies and campfires.

Love Raouf! My kids love him. A couple of years ago he wasn’t there during our trip but we asked and they told us he was away. He was there for subsequent trips since then so possibly he is away. Maybe they’d know more on the Y&B thread.

We LOVE Raouf! He is a Facebook friend - he was working over easter. He is from Egypt, and takes a few trips back every year. Maybe he was just off when you were there?

On our first trip to Disney we met Raouf. Departure day was gloomy and stormy and our kids were sad to go. We walked into the solarium to pass the time and wait for the magical express bus.Much to our kids surprise, they were entertained by Raouf with some games and magic tricks. Always wondered who this cast member was, since he surely stood out amongst the rest. Glad to know he is still there.
