All
Disneyland Resort Cast Members are required to have Full Availability during the busy Christmas Season.
As a Casual Temporary Cast Member, you will receive a letter in the mail from Cast Scheduling regarding when you can expect to start receiving shifts for the Holiday Season. Schedules will be posted in the Schedule Books located at the Cast Scheduling Office, as well as through CastLink on The Hub.
You can also fill out and submit a Holiday Season Planning Sheet at the Cast Scheduling Office in the Old Administration Building, or through RSVP on The Hub detailing your preferred work times and days off.
For most positions, the
Disneyland Resort will schedule Regular Full Time Cast Members by Seniority according to their Bid Lines (Park Food & Beverage) or their Scheduling Preferences (everyone else), keeping in mind the minimum 32 hours that all RFT Cast Members must be scheduled.
Casual Regular (CR) Cast Members will then be scheduled by Seniority, keeping in mind the minimum 4 hours per week that all CR Cast Members must be scheduled.
Casual Temporary (CT) Cast Members will then be scheduled into all remaining Open Shifts, taking into account their Preferences for the season.
Please remember that you will need to complete a Casual Temporary Check-Out at the end of the season, indicating if you would like to return for the Spring or Summer seasons. You can also take this opportunity to apply for conversion into a Casual Regular position. Failure to do so may result in your uninteded seperation from the company.
