Cast Member Discount

Does anyone know if the current cast member incentive ($15/pt) applies to their family members as well? I've read a few things of family members being able to take advantage of it without having the CM on the deed, but the DVC website isn't very clear on this. Does anyone have any recent experience with it? Thanks!

I would also like to know. I thought during COVID Disney took away the benefit for family of cast members, unless the cast member was present.

It may have changed but my DD had to be on the deed when we took advantage of it in 2019.

We were adding RIV with that intention so it didn’t matter.
