Cash ressie cost at DVC with discounts

Hi Everyone: If you book a cash ressie for 1 night at BCV studio, what will be the cost? If there is a discount, if so what kind, what would be the cost and the likelihood? Thanks

I did this last month at BCV. With member discount it was around $240 with tax included. This was more than annual pass rate by about $10. Next summer in July 2004, no cash reservation is available for one of the weekends I wanted to pay with cash. One was and the price with member discount $264 not including tax. The other - I have called a couple times and emailed member services about the availabilty of cash reservation at any rate - not available.

The member discount is 25%. It comes from points inventory so DVC housekeeping rules apply. They only make it available if they anticipate that the rooms will not be booked for points, which is why you can sometimes get it closer to your arrival date. Also check with CRO for an AP or Code discount, but they will not guarantee you will not have to change rooms. They will guarantee it with the member discount, they will link the reservations, you don't even have to check-out/check-in again.
