Cash payment in park

Is cash accepted currently in the parks and resorts?
It sure is! We went in May and paid for lots of things with cash, at the restaurants(table, quick service and snack) and the gift shops at all the parks, at the hotel and in Disney Springs. No problems at all and no one hesitated to accept it.

Yes----except-- I don't think you can use cash for quick service. We are here now and mobile order everything through the app and it takes payment. Hopefullly someone will correct me if Im wrong

QS locations keep a cashier available for people who want/need to pay cash, those without compatible mobile devices, and those with allergy concerns. There should be a gatekeeper allowing the above through and steering others to use MO.

Merchandise, no problem. Counter service locations will usually only allow you to Mobile Order, unless you tell them that you don't have a smart phone or you need to make a modification that you can't make on the app. The one exception I found to this was Aloha Isle that was using the far right lane for cash purchases.

QS restaurants will **pressure** you to only use Mobile Order, but you absolutely can order in person AND you can pay with cash.
