Cash Discounts

Can someone tell me what the DVC discount is when reserving DVC property rooms for cash? I know that cash rooms are not always available. Generally, how far in advance can they be booked? Thanks for your help.

The discount is 25% off rack. Availability is hard to determin and can be a catch as catch can thing. We were allowed to use the DVC discount for a studio at OKW prior to purchase. It was our guides way of convincing us to buy!

Will the same 25% off rack apply to non-DVC Resorts?

I.E. could we stay at a value or moderate resort paying cash and receive the 25% discount?

We are a large group with 2-2bds booked at OKW in June but we were thinking of coming in a night early, staying at a value resort, cash, for 1 night so we could get a jump on checking in early and have a full day at the parks for our first day.

No, the discount is only for DVC properties.
