cash discount on VWL studio - book thru MS or CRO?

I asked CRO about a month ago and they said there wasnt anything available for our Aug stay
Should I have actually asked MS?

CRO and MS have different inventories of rooms. It might be available through MS, I would call and check.

Plus...if you book cash through DVC with the member discount you most likely will not have to change rooms if you are adding the cash night to a points stay and are staying in the same size villa and at the same resort as MS can link the ressie.
