Count me in as another who HATES white bread / buns. Yet I HATE buns that fall apart both of mine did last week when I ate at Caseys. The new hot dogs Caseys is serving is very nasty I couldn't finish my hot dog either time. Thought 1st bad hot dog was a fluke no they are NASTY! And to top it all off the hot dog is now much smaller than the bun!

I had the same problem. The bun fell apart and wasn't that great.

If this is there idea then maybe they should stop serving ALL desserts! Everwhere! Obviously, we commoners, are too dumb to decide for ourselves what to eat and when! Disney needs to remember that we guests are all on VACATION when we are there and often eat things we normally wouldn't or shouldn't!

I can't even tell my husband about this wheat bun thing. He will cancel our trip. Casey hotdogs are a big part of our vacation.

We eat well all through the year but when we go to WDW those dining habits are out the window and we eat whatever we want when we want. I think they should let you have a choice, fruit or fries, water or soda, white or wheat, etc etc

I would LOVE to see a choice in buns. Personally I prefer wheat and have been forced to eat white for all these years. However, my choice to eat what shouldn't force you to eat the same thing I am.

I am sure that they just stock one for their convenience, but a choice would be nice.

I'm with you!!! We eat wheat all the time....would love the choice to get wheat if we wanted.

Add me to the list of unhappy-hot-dog-customers. EVERY bun we had in Dec. was wheat... and not even good wheat, but the Wonderbread version which really isn't any healthier anyway!

For teh record, I love wheat bread and use Monk's Stone Ground wheat exclusively at home. But I want my hot dog on an ooey-gooey, plush, white bun please! WDW, are you listening??!!!

No mistake. Got a hot dog at Studios. Same bun. Burger and chicken sandwich buns were the same.

Very saddened this week. Stopped at Casey's for a dog and fries. Sat down, opened my package, and saw a wheat bun. NO!! I wanted a soft, squishy, white bun with my hot dog.

I understand being healthy. But make it a CHOICE. Let me have my white bun if I want it. This is true for all counter service sandwiches.

I am sure some will disagree with me. But it is not Disney's or anyone else's place to tell ME what I have to eat.

We used to eat at Casey's every time we went to Disney. We didn't end up going last time and I was really looking forward to having it again the next time we go. Looks like that plan is shot. I hate wheat bread.

I definitely agree with having a choice. A lot of people don't like white bread and a lot of people don't like wheat. They should give you an option.

It's vacation, after all-most people eat junk on vacation. I can't believe they wouldn't offer people a choice.

This is aweful! Casey's is my favorite place to eat in Magic Kingdom, I'm a simple person, if the health nuts want to eat healthy on vacation then give them a new healthy counter service place to eat and leave the classics alone.

We noticed in May '07 when we enjoyed a Casey's dog that they had gotten smaller but they were still on white buns at that time. No offense to wheat bun lovers anywhere but I don't do wheat bread or buns. Please WDW... bring back the fluffy white buns and quit messing with the food!!!!

We were at WDW Dec. 12-16. I grabbed some hot dogs at Casey's one evening while DH and DS held down our spot for Wishes. DS11 was FURIOUS when he opened the wrapper and saw a wheat bun. I make him eat wheat bread at home - the kind with no high fructose corn syrup in it. He was IRATE that the bun was wheat and he REFUSED to believe me when I said I didn't ASK for a wheat bun. He ate it anyway, but he was snarky about it.

IF I would have had a choice I probably would have gotten it on white, but I wasn't given a choice.

And yes, I had one. We were at the Magic Kingdom on Saturday our last day. We had waited all week for a Casey's hot dog. The last trip we ate there 3 times. We loved Casey's. But as long as they keep serving those miniature hot dogs on the dry, tasteless, gruel-like substance buns we'll never go back. They were not very good. Even our garbage disposal son didn't like them.

Very disappointing.
