Just in from work and trying to get caught up. I think Casey is taking notes because she thinks she is going to be found not guilty. Then she can write her book.
Does she get to keep her notes at the end of each day? I'm sure Baez probably holds on to them.

That is true. A criminal can not make money off of their crime through books, movies, interviews, etc.

yes I forgot who it was he took someone with him late at a night to visit her and they witnessed it. he was warned by the jail that he was also not to hug her or touch her . He was warned two different times.

Public poll or not, I would still admit that I voted yes! Her ego is so huge that if she at all thinks she may be getting a guilty verdict with the way things are as of right now, she will go on the stand to play up to the jury. I think she believes she would rather go for an acquittal than go for any appeals down the road...

I agree with you, and I've agreed with you right along... if she gets her way and does what she wants, she will be on that stand.... she thinks she can pull off anything, even this.

Oops...now they're talking on InSession about putting Casey on the stand. That Baez probably intended to put her on the stand, but probably not now. Casey Jordan saying that her FBers are saying that before today, they thought a lesser crime, but after this morning, they're thinking First Degree or Felony Murder. (Did I get those charges right?)

Well I think it's ultimately up to Casey, so if she wants to do it, he honestly can't stop her, it should be interesting.

I don't think this case is going to wrap up today, I can foresee George being on the stand for quite a bit longer and then don't they have 4 more witnesses?

That's so disgusting I have no words, he should be disbarred and hopefully after this he will be.

I want to know one thing, why didn't they start this while school was in? Didn't they know how hard it would be for us to watch this while taking care of kids?

Well, I agree with this, what were they thinking to schedule this over summer break? It's really inconvenient.


As for Judge Perry, I think we've seen a bit of this nonsense that he side's with the State too much right here on the Dis threads, so if it's happening here, I'm sure it's happening right there. I wonder if these crazies are the reason for the deputy in the courtroom now...

The jury had a special lunch reservation that will take longer than the usual amount of time.

Is anyone else curious what these special treats and events are that the jury has been given? Don't get me wrong, they are completely deserving considering all they are sacrificing, I am just hoping it is really special and fun.

Boy, this day might be the day that sealed the deal in Casey's conviction. I'm finally caught up and I'm blown away.

On the subject of Baez....I can't imagine all these people who think he is attractive. Yuck. And his relationship with Casey is clearly over the line.
