Did anyone notice Casey's face at the end of the day after the jury had been dismissed. When JA made his "bring it on" statement she perked up and looked like she wanted to get involved.

I'm an interested when all is said and done and hopefully she will get the DP. there will be a couple jurors on a news show, 20/20 etc and they will be able to see what little miss sociopath's facial expressions were like when they weren't in the court room. or heck, they can youtube it, but i'd rather see their expressions of how she acted when they weren't around.

oh and the klingons called and want their signature forehead back, cause DANG!

I have had about all I can stand of the trial today but I had to check back in on Kurby!! I was hoping we would have a baby by now. I think I will guess that she will be here at 2:16am on 6/25, so get ready!!

I thought she looked like she was amused by his anger.

Did everyone see that pat on the back Jose gave Lee when he got off the stand at the end of the day? There's definitely something going on now between the Anthonys and the defense.

One of the commentators said that Cindy could be sitting in the courtroom all these weeks NOT keeping a journal (altho, I never bought that it was a "journal"), but actually taking notes on the trial to see where she could adjust her testimony to fit what's said there. Now, it's one thing to be in the courtroom, but I never felt comfortable about her writing things down throughout the trial, each and every day. Someone (?) on JVM said that the jurors take notes, but have to leave them in the courtroom, but Cindy gets to take them home each day and read them, share them, etc.

Or that Casey could have used the duct tape George *owned* and then put it back.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if she did.

Another commentator on JVM said that the jurors might notice that the Anthony family suddenly seems to be changing their attitudes, and that it might appear to the jury that it could be because the family is seeing the case going in favor of the prosecution. Perhaps. Who knows what the jury is thinking (and that's what's killing me!)

Hello everyone...long time no see I have been so covered up at my agency that I have not been able to post in a while....however, I am about to throw up.

If anyone is watching Fox right now, I almost threw a shoe through our tv. Geraldo the stupid idiot(and yes I am in favor of the prosecution) is telling everyone that he had lunch with JB and JB is angry because of the YEARS of incest that happened between ICA and GA and LA.

Geraldo is a media w****...he just said that BP is totally anti defense. He makes me sick. Just my very humble opinion. I am totally taping tomorrow. I pray that the jury sees through this BS.

OK so LP (yeah... I know...) said on JVM that the Anthony's are all getting up there and taking the sword for Casey because they feel that this WAS an accident. They feel that she didn't mean to kill her, but the chloroform did it. The duct tape was used to make it look like a kidnapping. So they are angry that the state is going with the duct tape as the weapon so now they feel justified coming in and saving Casey since they think this was an accident and not on purpose.

Also he says defense is going to call George and he is going to again deny it but do it in a way that makes the jury think he is lying... so it is really a win for the defense and George taking the sword for Casey.

The defense is constantly insinuating it. They even brought in someone just to say they saw George use *HIS* duct tape to hang signs. And we can't forget that he used the duct tape on the gas can. Casey didn't have any problem stealing her parents money but they act like she would never touch her dad's precious duct tape. I find the commentators I listen to just glaze over that part.

SIL and I are watching Lee's cross examination...he is so odd on the stand. His answers are quite evasive.

As for Geraldo---funny that Baez is the only one aware if "years" of incest. He is sooo in it for the exclusive.

Regardless---incest is not a defense for murder. Nor is it proof of drowning.

Baez....clue....you want it in, get your client on the stand. Hearsay not allowed...DUH!

Holy cow!! Can't George sue him or both of them for slander? There is no proof of it. Would that not be slander?

K...I see what you re saying. I guess I don't hear them support that either.



Another question...why does Casey look at her fingers almost every time she wipes her eyes and whyyyy does she wipe it at a slower pace than a sloth moves in a day?


And is Lee truly "color blind"? I mean, for kicks--can prosecution verify this?
