Is Casey taking the stand today? I missed that.

Last time we had a lot of confusion with using the names Cindy, Casey and Caylee, I said that I hoped none of the Duggars "went bad", and the next thing we knew, we were talking about Duggars and porn in the same posts. LOL

Cindy is supposed to be called today. Could you imagine if it was Casey?!

I train dogs for competition. Tracking, obedience, protection, etc. Have a couple of show dogs also.

That is my hobby. Otherwise, retired nurse who spent a number of years in OB.

This may have been discussed before but I have always wondered about the playhouse and why Casey could think she could get away with burying her child in the backyard without anyone knowing. I mean, how would she explain the hole that she dug. Now that Cindy has said that they put paving stones down, Do you think that Casey was planning on burying Caylee under the playhouse and put the paving stones back over the hole? But it proved too much work so she took her elsewhere.

I'm not sure if we ever discussed her burying Caylee under the pavers...interesting tho!! The dogs did hit outside the playhouse. All that dirt under the pavers would be pounded down and difficult to dig up. I bet you're right!

I don't think we know where she started digging, or if she did. The dogs hit right outside the playhouse. So in theory, I'm guessing she would have laid Caylee down there if she tried to dig inside the house.

Saw a chat comment that WKmG--someone said that Baez made a mistake showing a few slides as it opened the door to Ashton showing ALL of these slides on cross. I had been wondering why Ashton was showing all of this.

What did Baez show and what responses did he get from the witness?

I am guessing Ashton is messing up whatever Baez got.

What did Baez show and what responses did he get from the witness?

I am guessing Ashton is messing up whatever Baez got.

How dumb was he to open that door?

That's a good theory! It would've kept Caylee from being found, for sure!
ETA - if she did that, I bet this would still be a "missing child" case and Casey would be footloose and fancy free!

LOL. I thought someone said Casey, but I probably read too fast and it was really Cindy. So Defense is calling Cindy to the stand today?

George & Cindy's attorney tells AC360 reporter the affair is not true and they think Crystal Holloway is "disturbed".

ETA, I think they are right. That lady just doesn't look right in her interviews. JMO of course.....

I'm going to agree with this, but what about the supposed text message from George to the Holloway woman? I'm not saying that proves an affair, but it is interesting.

In response to the Anthony's statement regarding Casey's not being innocent, it just is heartbreaking. At the time all this started, I didn't like George or Cindy at all. Being on the outside, it was so easy to see what had happened, and at the time I couldn't understand how they didn't see it. Looking at it now as a mother (and soon old enough to be a grandmother), it is terribly, terribly sad. Caylee, George, and Cindy are truly the victims here.

If Cindy goes on the stand today, Baez better tread very, very lightly. He has made a donkey's behind out of himself numerous times. There may very well be lynch mob after him if he "beats up" on Cindy. She is a broken and exhausted mother and grandmother.

Maybe (cuz we're all sleuthing and say "maybe" a lot ) she tried to get the pavers up and couldn't, so that's why she didn't end up even attempting to dig. How am I doing?

I always thought the under the pavers too........but, proved too difficult for 'jobless' Casey.

Baez is attempting to discredit a hair sample study that took place in winter in Tennessee since conditions are VERY different than Florida in summer. Vey different environmental conditions.

Why did he not consider that for his Colorado pig study evidence that he submitted??????

Exactly what I was thinking. It's a good point Baez was making, but he totally discredited the bug guy's testimony in doing that, IMO.

I think this particular witness did more harm than good for the defense though, as usual.
