From what I understand, yes. It was the crazy nanny Kerry kidnapping Jamie from Season 6 storyline. (Ok, yes, we are One Tree Hill fans!)

JVM show says the plant lady totally disqualified in court because as she is saying these roots grew in 2 weeks, and don't go through the bones, they have a picture up to the jury of Caylee's skull showing roots going all through it up the bottom and through the eye sockets and all over. They say all common sense would tell you that is not possible, in her words, "on what planet is that possible".

What is going on in the defense when their own witnesses can't even make a go of it? It seems to me that might be how it is when you trying to prove a lie. I bet the jurors are getting this.

You know, if I wasn't already convinced that Cassey is guilty (have been for some time) then I would feel very sorry for her. I do NOT think she is getting adequate defense. It is laughable, except it is her life at stake. It's sad, actually.

There are times I think she is getting a poor defense. But, most of the time I think she is getting just the defense she chose and deserves! Perhaps she should have told the truth and taken a plea. But, no, she puts her family through heck and now the State of Florida. Not really able to muster up even a fake tear here and my kleenex is still pristine.

i think it's been mentioned somewhere (don't think here) that she hasn't been offered a plea.

the state felt strong about their case and didn't want her to plead out

I agree with this! She has had plenty of time to tell the truth yet she has sat there and lied and now she has tried to take her family down with her and cost the state of FL. no telling how much money. I don't feel sorry for her at all.

As for money I think they said $360,000 just for the trial. No clue on how much for her defense.

I wonder if they are looking like such a mess up there because while the prosecution has had 3 years to prepare their testimony, the defense has only had 6 weeks (since she just came up with this story!).

I had to laugh..I clicked on the attorney link and got a warning pop up about an "insecure connection" kinda reminded me of this trial.

I heard it was a Yeti, there is one missing from a theme park in Orlando....the mystery is solved the Yeti was busy burying Caylee Anthony's skull after Roy Kronk stole it and moved it all over FL.

well, when I was there in August of 2010 I know the Yeti escaped because the ride was closed and they told us that the yeti escaped so if he did it then he could do it other times.

So he basically impeac himself???

BIG mistake for Baez. Overstated credentials AND his testimony would not match his defense.

There's probably mass muting around the country when LKB starts barking on TV. And Baez read about that woman and her "twin" and said "Awesome! We have a great new witness!" He likes to talk about "in Casey's World", but what thoughts lurk "in Baez's world"?

I'd be too afraid to find out what lurks in Baez's world.

This man is second chair on her defense. I find it hard to believe that someone like CM is keeping his mouth shut. CM is very qualified for this case and most death penalty suspects don't have the likes of Mason and Sims as 2nd and 3rd chair.

Couldn't Mason have gone to Perry and made a pitch to have Baez thrown off the case if he felt he was truly jeopardizing the trial? Well, at least that is how it works on TV shows!

Yeah Mason is definitely qualified. Guess they just don't have much to work with.

what i don't understand about mason is his name is being dragged through the mud with this trial and he's just sitting back and taking it up the...... well you know.

he has all this experience why hasn't he stepped up and told baez to sit down and shut the hell up.
