They could have. But what the defense forgets is that Kronk kicked the bag and the skull rolled out. We dont know how far it rolled. Dont know the original postion of it in the bag. By it rolling out of the bag it may have moved the duct tape from its original postion some what.

The commentators clarified that the witness said that the body was out in the woods for a Minimum of two weeks but could be longer.

She said that the LEAST amount of time the body could have been there is two weeks, so it was there for at least two weeks and could've been longer.
