oh - is this the one for saturdays witness who was yanked off the stand?

i thought it was that defense wanted him to testify to stuff that wasn't in the report so the judge said no -

if there was no report why was he called to the stand without objections?

maybe i missed something but i thought it wasn't until he started testifying and the state objected that it came out the report wasn't complete as to what he was going to testify to

Kurby -- they just clarified on TRU that the report from the witness who was asked to step down did not contain the opinions of the witness and was not complete. HTH!

that's what i thought it was - i was sure he was asked to testify about something that wasn't in the report - maybe going beyond his qualifications or knowledge.

I hate to say this, but the court reporter and the Deputy being pulled in is not a good thing. Makes me very nervous about the lawyers in judges chambers, and makes me wonder if something is up about a mistrial.

Or, could it be that ICA has finally realized that this is a losing battle and has pled out?!

WHY DO I HAVE TO WORK!! Ugh....this working thing is really getting on my nerves.

I am sure JBP is more than fuming. How many court orders is he in violation of you think? If this is due to Baez I say throw Baez in jail for a few days and let Mason take over then maybe he will think twice about his insubordination. Now poor JB took court reporter into the jury room to explain the issue.

Oh man ... what is going on!?!?!? What the heck!? Well, at least I can get some work done today! (Boooooo!!!!!)

They're all saying this has to be very big to send the jury home. They're speculating that something significant must be going on. Especially to bring in the court reporter and deputy.

Do the jurors get a copy of the witness list or do they just find out when the witness comes to testify? If they know beforehand, certainly the jurors can figure out the defense is having trouble. I would think if they knew the list, it might hurt the defense.
