I am so glad you had a good time. I say that the court should order Baez to reimburse this persons cruise. I have a cruise in Oct, hopefully this will be finished by then. Well I wonder what JP will do if his next witness isnt there?

One of the reasons JP is so pissed is this trial is costin' the FL taxpayers a fortune 'n judges don't like that. I like that the judge is sympathetic to the jurors.

Is anyone watching HLN? I have to run out of the office, and I was hoping that they had the trial coverage on the air. I have XM radio so if it is on HLN I can hear some testomony. I have a planning session this afternoon, and I won't have access to this thread...boo!

It will be on HLN at some point today, not sure when though. I listened to it on last Thursday on XM, but it leaves something to be desired not being able to see it. I suppose it is better than nothing.

I'm still thinkin' that poor juror with the Jul 4 cruise needs to cancel.

Oh sure, YOU get to take a vacation from the trial, but the juror has to cancel? Glad you had a fabulous trip!

I think we all want her to have a fair trial. If just for the fact that if she gets convicted, I want it to stick!

Thing is I dont think Baez really cares. I think he wants a mistrial. How the heck can you EVER retry this case? With all the coverage now, where do you get a jury? It will be next to impossible and I think this is what he is aiming to get.

Well, they don't have to find jurors who've heard nothing. But at this point, I think it would be very difficult to find jurors who are impartial.

Dorothy Simms is back in court. Are we expecting some emotional testimony and need Simms to comfort Casey?

you guys are going to have to import 16 people from Canada - most people up hear have no idea what's going on with this trial.

i must be the only one watching it or even know who she is. everyone looks at me like h ave 3 heads when i mention it
