Jane (after showing clip showing some of Bozo's opening and George being asked by Pros if he ever molested Casey)...Mackenzie, how do you know who to believe?

Mac: Well, I'll tell you something. The fact that...I don't know if it's true or not that Casey Anthony was molested by her father. What I will say is that if it's UNTRUE it's a pathetic and horrible thing to bring out because the truth should always be treated with reverence. And you know, this is a really ugly situation and she lied and lied and lied, and is probably still lying. And that little baby is dead. You know, and how do you know who's telling the truth? Well, you look into their eyes and we really haven't had an opportunity to hear from Casey's own mouth in present time. But I have a feeling that it wouldn't be very believable.

JVM: Wow! Interesting!

Mac: I don't know though! Because I was the one that was called a liar, so I'm in a very difficult position here. I mean, obviously this woman is damaged, deeply damaged, whether it be from sexual abuse or just being a coocoo-nuts killer...I don't know.

Wow just watched the dog handler testimony from yesterday. Baez was acting like 2 year old at the end of the cross. Geeez.

I believe I read/heard that Bones alerted within 6-8 feet of where Gerus alerted.

Very close, but Baez said it was off by 8 feet. The circles drawn by each handler to the location of the alert is THE SAME, only one circle is bigger.

Just found out a friend of mine from here was in the balcony today! She's going back tomorrow and try to get in again

They showed a piece on one of the local news stations about the
"running for the trial tickets". It was crazy. For the most part, it was all middle age women. When they opened, it reminded me of Toy Story Mania at rope drop. Insane!

did you see/hear about the guy that is in a neck brace and running like a madman to get a seat? Lets hope he is not out on wcomp claim or anything They say he got a seat today....Unreal!

One of the commentators just said what I have been thinking. Who needs to search the internet to figure out how to kill a 3 year old? Not to be morbid but adults are stronger than 3 year old's and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to kill them. Maybe she was looking to get rid of her parents but I honestly don't think these searches had a thing to do with Caylee.

JVM also commented that it is possible that Casey researched these various topics to come up with a method of disguising a murder. One example she gave is that they were attacked and beaten and poor Caylee died. Just because Casey researches something and it ends up not being relevant to this case--is irrelevant.

I was having these same thoughts while listening today. It just gave me the feeling that she was trying to concoct a story and started doing searches. As if she was going to "plan" a story that someone broke in and she fought them off but hurt the parents. Self defense, head injuries, neck breaking...its what came to my mind.

How can I find out which reporters are in the courtroom tweeting what they see? I'm really interested in their jury observations. (I'm new to Twitter and still trying to figure it out.)

Wasnt the same EXACT spot but was in the same area. The area around the playhouse.

I actually appreciate how Mackenzie phrased her opinion. She didn't jump on the--oh yep, she was sexually abused...we must believe her AND I appreciate how she acknowledged that it could and might just be a lie.

While I didn't view her comments--what is interesting is...there are some sexually abused folks out there who want to believe Casey and call that reasonable doubt. And we must remember that there are people that do use sexual abuse accusations for some sort of crazy agenda (Duke Lacrosse case--though that was rape...but same deal).

While she didn't add any "value"--it is a proclaimed victim shedding light on the reasonable doubts of the claims of Casey and it matches most sane people out there.

We don't know what she was...I would imagine she wasn't in the "addict" category. Maybe a passive user? I had thought there was mention of marijuana but I Am not sure they will be bringing that into trial as I am not certain of any relevance.

We do know that she got trashed a few times on alcohol and alcohol is technically a "drug" and can be abused.

I don't get the comparison other than perhaps JVM was trying to make some correlation with abuse received and abuse that is self-inflicted to decipher if there is a shred of credibility into Casey's claim.

Once again, thanks for all the updates. What a day...quite interesting.
As far as the 94 chloroform hits/searches, gee, how do you not get premeditated out of that , IF you believe she killed the child?
And the LINK of the pix and the saying and the noose, on caseys laptop HOW on earth will that go over, if that gets in?

I heard one tweet today (I do not follow or tweet etc) that said that during the defense cross on the guy that did the computer search info, the jury looked bored, almost annoyed, and that they took no notes! Now that is interesting too...are they already convinced one way or the other??

Best defense Casey & atty could have done was to listen to all the evidence during trial, THEN have her come up with one of her whooping lies that everyone buys & put her on the stand to tell it at the end.
