Great question! because the defense could say it wasn't Casey doing the searches.

That is part of the evidence. There are times noted. Most done when George and Cindy were working.

As well, they are done by certain user profiles. The ones done my "Owner" were Casey as she was the only one that had that password.

Great question! because the defense could say it wasn't Casey doing the searches.

It's my understanding that there's evidence showing that George and Cindy were working when those searches were made.

We've only just touched the surface of the prosecution's computer evidence.

I thought this part of that article was very interesting.
He defended a man accused of killing a well known boxer's granddaughter. That man, Nilton Diaz, was convicted of murder. Diaz filed a motion for a new trial claiming Baez was a defective attorney. His motion was denied.

About Casey googling the name Zenaida (Zenaiza) Gonzalez in Orlando and Jacksonville withing a specific age-range (20s), I thought this was big evidence that Casey was trying to make Zanny "real", and proof of how cunning she is.

But then it was said it was probably Cindy trying to find this mysterious Zanny.

Same here! I have a beautiful 3 year old daughter and cannot imagine the evil it takes to kill your own offspring. There needs to be a special place in Hell for people like this.

One of the people being interviewed mentioned that the search for chloroform was only done once and the person was logged in for under 2 minutes. Has anyone else heard that? That doesn't seem very damning. Casey could have looked at the picture Ricardo posted, wondered what it meant and did a quick search to find out. If she was plotting to use chloroform to kill her daughter, you would think she would spend a little more time researching it. I don't know if the person that just noted this has her facts right.

New to the thread but sort of keeping up with the trial.
I totaly think she's guilty of this. Keeping all personal feelings aside....
If you we're on the jury, do you think there is enough actual evidence to convict her of this. I know the prosecution is going for the death penalty right?
I personaly don't know if I could convict someone to death without having a smoking gun so to speak.
In my heart of hearts I know she did it but is there any hard core evidence or is it all circumstantial?

Yes, in the end I think (hope) the jury will think there's enough evidence to convict. Convicting her of the crime does not mean sentencing her to death. There are two phases to this case...guilt and sentencing. If she is found guilty, the jury will deliberate to determine death vs life in prison. The jury should NOT be thinking that they don't want to convict her because they don't want her sentenced to death. Two different issues.
