What just happened? CA says laundry bag kept in trash bags and now not seen again?!!

OK here is what I *think* happened. They had two laundry bags, both same maker, same material, etc but different sizes. One of them, the cylinder shaped one, they used to hold ball pit balls. The other one was stored in a trash bag in the garage. The search warrant took the one the garage in the trash bag. The cylinder one was with Caylee? And they showed a picture of what used to be in the cylinder shaped one in their house. Meaning what used to be in there was taken out and Caylee was put in? That's what I got out of it. Also at that time when Cindy answered that question, she looked like her emotion totally changed, you could see it. Seemed like she felt extremely guilty right at that point, to me anyway.

I wonder where this is going. I'm sure the defense does not dispute that the bag and the duct tape came from the house, they just want the jury to think its possible that George did it. Or is this to squash any notion that those things came from Kronk?

Did Cindy just inadvertently give away damning info for Casey? Now the jury is thinking, where's that bag? It must be the one used in the murder.

I can really understand trying to help her daughter out. I certainly don't know how I would handle having to testify and help put my daughter to death. That has to be incredibly scary and just plain mental torture. I can understand it. She's been through hell and now she'll lose her daughter too! How do you ever find some kind of normal again?

Yep, in seeing her emotion change (and I'm not talking about the crying), I think that is what just happened.

Wow! CA's testimony mannerism changed since last. She definately didn't want to answer the questions like she had before. I know she's a torn mom at this point, but she has to remember the reason she's really there.

Someone on WESH on the Facebook feed stated they saw Cindy mouth I love you when she was getting off the stand. Those in court said she just glared at her. I don't know what to make of it unless it's rewound later and looked at more closely.

I'll come back later when it's done. I think Welch is next witness? Those were the 3 sitting in the hallway according to reporter.

Sidebar: Watching Cindy in protect Casey mode, I'm pretty sure I'd be the same way, if God forbid, my murderer child was facing the death penalty. Very mixed emotions.

I think that's what they call a "new normal" whatever that may be. I guess what one has to do is tell the truth and let the chips fall where they may. But it has to be horrible.

The HLN commentator just said Cindy mouthed "I love you", to no response from Casey.

Also asking for a typed list of all the exhibits for deliberation...the answer is "yes".

313 is the sticker on the cardboard. Baez doesn't want it passed around because handling it will destroy the evidence and has or will fall off with handling. Was the sticker STUCK to the cardboard or not?

The judge also said that there needs to be a large quantity of gloves in the jury room so they can handle evidence.

I'm confused. I thought the jury was not supposed to discuss the case while on breaks but they are asking to see a piece of evidence. Doesn't this mean they were discussing it?

How can the jury be asking to see anything right now? I thought they had to wait until the very end to see evidence

Why does HLN take so many commercial breaks? TruTV doesn't take as many. And why do they always wait to take a break until the witness gets back on the stand? GRRRRRRRR!
