Wait -- what!?!?!?
Bozo made Cindy look like a terrible mother for not bringing her when she was 12
Bozo....Wait -- what!?!?!?
Bozo....Saw this on another site...go to minute 4:35 and note her finger position on the tissue. COULD be reading more into it than there is, but "knowing" Casey...hhmmm....

I had posted that I wished they would bring the heart sticker on the duct tape subject back up, and it seems like they are trying to.![]()
From Casey's photobucket account, this bandaid with a heart on it reminds me of that:

Are you kidding me!? He is a whackadoo!

Not sure they actually made it onto the witness list, since I'm still looking for one, but doesn't that sound risky?? Are we (and the jury) supposed to believe jailhouse snitches who say prosecutors manipulated them? Did the state make them exchange letters with Casey? And let's say somehow that they did...they didn't MAKE Casey say anything. Just seems like another case of the Defense not seeming to know which side they're on...for or against Casey, KWIM? Like when they go on and on about what a liar Casey is. Well, there ya go!The defense's witness list in question includes so-called jailhouse snitches Robyn Adams and Maya Derkovic.
Anthony exchanged dozens of letters with Adams, acknowledging that all single parents want their freedom.
Prosecutors claim Anthony admitted to Derkovic that she used substances to "knock out" her daughter, Caylee.
Why would Anthony's attorneys list the two as defense witnesses? Hornsby said the defense team can suggest the two women were recruited by investigators to prop up their circumstantial case.
"It's definitely going to be to the defense's favor if they can pull out of these people that the state manipulated them to testify adversely to Casey Anthony," he said.

Not only have I searched zani bars & chloroform, but somewhere (probably WS), I ran across a reference to marijuana users using chloroform to make a more potent form of marijuana - mj oil, which could further muddy the case. Can't connect the use of the syringe (found in the bottle), though.
I don't think I'll be able to watch Kronk. Even if he didn't move anything (and the prosecution has done a good job convincing me he didn't), what is up with his calls in August? There has to be something there, otherwise the defense wouldn't want him testifying for them.
Anyone know if the LETTERS to/from these woman are part of evidence? In them, Casey sounds VERY vague about the possibility of sexual abuse (from what I know of them). I wonder if she talks about drugging Caylee in the letters or if that was supposedly verbal exchanges.
Sure! TY!MaryAnn - I found an EXPERT Witness List for the defense, but not a full list. Do you still want that one?
TY! I'll take a look.Here ya go:

I ran across some of the letters but my eyes were crossing reading them, so I can't attest to the content. Robyn Adams' transcript was interesting, though. I mean, KC was in solitary, so how did they communicate? RA claims they started with sign language, moved onto passing letters through the book cart and later having a corrections officer allow them to meet...I dunno this all sounds too weird to me.
If you guys are worried about police searching your computer, just send 'em to mine.![]()

Thankfully, recent searches also include bengal cats & heart disease, recipes for tilapia, cheats for computer games and movie reviews. Oh, and Jose Baez's history and house foreclosure.![]()

Well, your searches are worse than mine I'll forward law enforcement to you before they round me up.
Did Baez actually foreclose on his house? Is this the one he bought in '06 or thereabout for a rather large sum of money while he owed child support?
I'm still curious, what happened with the judge today with the stickers? That was an issue today?
OK...in my Internet travels, I came across this...exchanges between private investigators????? I mean, it reads like two loons trying to get together and write a novel! As I'm reading it, I'm picturing Dan Akroyd on SNL (for you old folks, like me) doing the skit about Dangerous Toys for kids...the way he talked. It's bizarre!

OMG - that image is just beyond creepy knowing that there was a heart sticker on the duct tape that was on Caylee's mouth!!!!
He let the photo with the stickers in.
