just got a CNN update - Jack Kavorkian (sp) the death dr. has died.

after all these years i'm still at 6's and 7's about what he did. i guess you never know until you're in that situation i guess.

I think she was entertaining several options for permanent "solutions" to her social obstacles. Thus the searches for neck breaking, chloroform and the MISSING CHILDREN'S websites.

Does anyone else agree with me that Lee destroyed the laptop on purpose? Did the authorities get any information off of the laptop? I am so curious what other information may have been on there that could show her "plan"

I think Lee is key somewhere in all of this. Hope we find out what.

An InSession commentator said they have a closeup "Casey Cam" and that TODAY there were real tears. WHY? Who knows.

I think that Baez would have had a fighting chance if he had NOT involved George in his defense story. It just doesn't come off as feasible. If it was just Casey who was there when the "drowning" occurred, it just seems like it would be easier to explain why she covered it up, why she was in denial, etc. Involving George just doesn't work, IMHO.

I agree with this 100%. I could have even bought that story. Caylee accidentally drowned while she was on Casey's watch. Casey was certain she would be charged and there would be proof that she was a bad mom so she panicked and started doing stupid things. If Baez had said that in his opening statement, I have to say he would have set the tone in my mind for reasonable doubt. But the whole "George sexually abused her so she has to lie and can't show emotions because of it" has totally flown out the window for me. I don't buy any of it.

I saw that. I do think there's a place for assisted suicide. The who's, what's, how's, etc...I don't know.

I agree as well. As has been mentioned before here, reasonable doubt has to be "reasonable." It can't be far-fetched like aliens from outer space. I think we are close to that in this trial!

A young woman afraid of consequences lying to cover what she did is believable to most people. But even at this point she refuses to take responsibility and throws her father in the story as "he made me do it."

And I was just thinking.. If Baez had any kind of experience he would have known these visits would be released, by law and wouldn't have allowed them. These 5 are the only ones because as soon as they were released, he put a stop to them LOL But then again, he probably believed this Zanny crap at first anyway.

I think that the networks like Tru TV and HLN, the local and national papers and websites should have to pay the state of Florida something since they are making money off of the trial.

Yah, that was a pretty big blunder on his part. I remember when they first released those jail house phone conversations, and thinking to myself, "it's amazing that these recordings are being released publicly."

DH does, I don't go to Orange County. The men and women are separated and only men can give Bible studies to male inmates, women to the female inmates.
