I've heard it, and I think I'm going to be shocked all over again. It's incredibly mindboggling.

It's supposed to take about an hour, starting at 10:10ish.

I know the jury cannot discuss the case yet - but you can't tell me there won't be some major head shaking and rolled eyes going on during the lunch break...

I'm starting to love Yuri Melich as much as Judge Perry.

I'm almost starting to feel sorry for Baez (when I'm not laughing at him). He has to make some attempt to defend his client and all of Casey's lies doesn't leave him much to work with.

Wait! Did I just hear Baez ask YM about sitting on an imaginary Zanny in the Universal conference room??? I take back my above statement.

OT - we unfortunately had to put down the little guy in my avatar on Tues. I think DH & I have shed more tears in the past few weeks over our cat than Casey has for Caylee in the past 3 yrs.

So, Baez thinks its a good idea to go after a respected, respectful law enforcement officer? He has a personnel dislike for Cpl Melich from the pre-trial hearings and it shows.. At least, to me.

What happened pre-trial to cause the dislike?

I've had more time today to catch up with this case and watch - it's really mind-boggling how she can lie and lie and lie... And now her lawyer is using that to her advantage to keep her off death row. Can you imagine what a circus the Casey Show will be if she gets Life in prison?

I would find it hard to be on that jury and not turn to the person next to me and say "***??" Or, "Did he just say that about sitting on Casey's imaginary nanny?" The jury must think they're being punked!

So sorry about your cat. I know...having our first dog put down was devastating.

I said something similar to my husband. We live in a rural area, and I have wound up with a lot of abandoned animals over the years. I told him that I've had more compassion and concern over these abandoned animals than this woman did for her daughter. Sad, sad, sad...

Melich is intelligent and professional. Everything Baez is not. He always managed to make Baez look like a fool. Dont think Baez took kindly to it.

There are some others that testified that aren't on the list: Troy Brown, Dante Salati, Iassen Donov (all her friends)

She was suppose to be doing this the 30 days she's been gone.
Why would she have to do it now?

The detective and cops knew it then and they know it now. Was she suspect? No, but in their gut from past experiences...they knew this would not end right.

I'm watching this mornings evidence video back now. I can't believe Casey's face does not change ONCE with all the things they are talking about. Her face is the exact same the entire time. Do you think this is the first time she's seen this? It almost looks like it.

You know how college kids do drinking games? Where they take a drink everytime a certain word or phrase is spoken in a TV show? With Casey the words are "honestly", "actually", and "I swear to God". (I also suggested the same game when Casey was brushing her bangs out of her eyes the other day - drove me nuts!!!)
