THIS IS GOOD! Ryan Smith is talking to Cindy & George's lawyer, and says to him (paraphrased): "What do you make of him (Baez) and the way he is dealing with this case, and the way he's really going after her family?" And the Anthony's lawyer says: "The dichotomy between the family and Mr Baez has changed quite a bit. The Florida bar directs attorneys not to disparage the judiciary or other attorneys, so my own personal feelings about Mr Baez will have to be left for a day when he's no longer an attorney, and we'll leave it at that." LOVE IT!

Nice job with that list MaryAnn!

i think the following have testified:

Dep Reginald Hosey
Dep Rendon Fletcher
Matthew Crisp
Maria Kisch

There are some others that testified that aren't on the list: Troy Brown, Dante Salati, Iassen Donov (all her friends)
Thanks! Will fix things.
If I go into really neurotic mode, I'll post pictures of each person. :scared1:
OK, I'm thinking NOT! :lmao:

So what happens with that person, if anything? Do they get kicked off the jury?
I doubt it. It happens. By the end of this, they'd probably all get kicked off if that were true. They said he'd hang his head, eyes closed, and then come to and look at the screen.

LOL! Love it!

Anyone watching Bill Shaeffer? Interesting what he just said. That he understood Baez' purpose in asking about looking at the jury . But instead of going that way, he should have took the path of questioning whether they saw Casey as a suspect in the WAY they were questioning her. That they were 2 large detectives, raising their voices , at a tiny girl in a small room. But alas, Baez handled it ineffectively.

I wish Yuri had said to Baez that he was looking at the jury because he was giving a narrative about what happened, but that Baez wasn't allowing him that much time to talk, and therefore, he was just answering his questions.

About the two big guys and little Casey...it's not like that forced her into making a false confession, KWIM? NOTHING fazed her, even two big cops.

Melich is intelligent and professional. Everything Baez is not. He always managed to make Baez look like a fool. Dont think Baez took kindly to it.

Oh my, well that answers it :thumbsup2 Now he's asking the Detective if he's had training for interrogation... Uh, duh... isn't that his JOB???

:lmao: With Bozo on the cover.

Jury #6 apparently slept through some of that hour long recording, per Jean Casarez on InSession.

Seat 6
Juror # 1025
» White male, aged 33
» College graduate
» Has had a lot of travel in his job as chef/salesperson

:scared1::scared1::scared1: What happens now?

Can any legal mind please tell me what this has to do with anything?

And at this point, do you really think the jury cares whether they considered her a suspect or not?

I believe he is trying to get him to admit she was a suspect at the time so that he can say she did not receive her Miranda rights.

yeah, but at the end of the day, she wasn't held against her will, she gave her words voluntarily etc. They had a hearing about this to try and exclude this interview and they were denied.

Oh geesh, here I am trying to make logic of Baez.....**slaps head**

Which topic are you questioning in the 1st question?

To the second point they are trying to have the Detective say she was a suspect and then have all her statements tossed prior to October as she was not given Miranda rights before then I believe

I was just listening to a phone call where george was with cindy and george mentioned to casey that there is a new rumor out stating that caylee drowned. Caseys response was surprise, surprise. Hope the jury gets to hear that.

Not so sure my first response after being arrested for murdering my child and having my brother visit me for the first time would be to LMAO. :confused3

Imagine that. ;)

But then Baez wouldn't be able to show how much Casey lies. All this stuff is actually good for his defense. :confused3

This is the weirdest case.
