Baez hasn't really annoyed me until now. Criticizing an individual for addressing the jury?! Surely there are more important things to question him about.

Really how many times does Yuri have to tell Bozo Casey was not a suspect at this time. Bozo just keeps making himself look bad while he tries to trip up Yuri. Sorry Bozo it just isn't going to happen.

His inexperience and stupidity are showing again. They said that FBI, DEA and all federal agents are trained and taught to ALWAYS look at the jury when giving an answer, since they are the one's deciding the case. You don't see it much in state courts, but with a seasoned officer, it would not be unusual.

WHAT A FREAKING MORON!!! Looking at the jury is standard for law enforcement. Why is BOZO going on about it? He is so in over his head.

Baez is doing what ever he can to get the case thrown out, he knows his whole theory is falling apart before his eyes. I beleive the whole team knows. Besides Baez adimits his client lies, his client admits lying. So what is a detective suppose to do, not investigate?

Different is Casey KNEW she was lying and admitted it. She was NOT in a fantasy world. She was very clear that she was completely aware that she was lying....

I can't figure out what the jury would be thinking about this. There is no other explanation for her lying except what Baez said in opening statements - but there is no evidence.

And now sidebar - he wants to elicit Yuri to say that Casey is has mental issues?

I didn't follow the trial very closely last week because we were preparing for our cruise (which was fantastic, btw!), but let me tell you...I had just moved to the Orlando area the year before Caylee was missing. My daughter was 10 months old. I was terrified - I was hearing all of these things about when she had last been seen and I didn't know exactly where all these places were, and (blame it on postpartum hormones) I was scared that my daughter was going to be taken. We didn't have a fence around our backyard back then, and I remember checking the locks over and over again at night. As more details came out I was convinced (and I still am) that Casey killed her. My husband does prison ministry at Orange County jail and a few times I have dropped him off, thinking to myself that is where she is. Our church is just a few blocks away from the Orange County courthouse. The past two weeks on Wednesday nights we have taken the route that does not go through downtown to avoid what I'm sure is a media circus. That this all happened here is crazy. I am convinced she is a sociopath, I am convinced she is enjoying all of the attention, and unfortunately she will be famous - if the jury does their job she will be the third female, and the youngest female, put to death in the state of Florida. I wonder if that excites her.
