I dont know if I agree that she looked like a fool.. Maybe its my dislike of Baez, but I thought she looked badgered and unfairly had her character attacked. Baez says it all goes to motive as if she had an ulterior motive for testifying. Ummm.. she got subpoenaed!

She was a young 20 yr old who was hard working , paid her bills, and liked to party. If only Casey was as responsible!

I don't like Baez either, but he was doing what he should be doing as a defense attorney. Trying to make the jury doubt her testimony by making her look like a party girl, who drove drunk, had lose morals and hooked up with Casey's ex-boyfriends.

Exactly. Anyone who says they sometimes "nod off" while driving on a boring road, looks like a fool. That's just crazy talk. I don't like Baez one bit either, but he did what he needed to do with that girl.
