Yesterday when Baez was grilling George about if and when he ever asked Casey who the father of her baby was, I was wishing George would have said that he never asked her because, knowing Casey's reputation, it could be a number of people and she probably didn't even know herself.

Was Baez throwing that out there to raise speculation that George was the father?

With all the questions the prosecution asked this guy, one after the other..."Did Casey ever mention her daughter being kidnapped? Did Casey ever mention that she was looking for her daughter? etc" why didn't he ask "Did Casey ever mention that Caylee drowned in the pool?"

Afraid someone might say yes? Not likely, but if they never asked them that before, might not want to ask them that on the stand for the first time.

Wow! Yes, he did seem to be wound pretty tight.

It was kind of funny with the reporter and the security guy (?) going back and forth. Brought back memories of "Mama, he touched me!" "Uh-uh, he touched me first."

As much as I want to believe that George and Cindy are not in one these I have to think they are. They knew going in, like most of us, that George was going to be blamed for this so they were prepared but I tell you when Bozo got very detailed about what happened I would not have been able to sit there as a parent like he did. I know to be in the court he has to hide his emotions but that would be a hard one to hide.
I think George and Cindy knew what was going to be said. That her father will let anything be said to help his daughter. Cindy could even be telling him he owes it to Casey and putting the affair in his face and his gambling problems. Who knows for sure but I just think they are both in on this too.

Yeah, that's what Casey told this witness she paid the nanny.

This woman had been in the car with other people and no one smelled an odor.

Wow, somehow I am not at all surprised by his outburst. My opinion of him is that he is a thug.

She had different groups of friends. If you read the depositions, a lot of them knew she was a "liar" but that was just Casey. They never suspected what happened though. Some of them did get together later and made a kind of calendar/timeline for the police where they compared notes and lies.

Is this being brought into evidence? Was this after Caylee went missing?

I dont know if you really want to be involved of someone acussing you of molestation. Weather they have to prove it or not. That is a serious matter to acusse someone of. This is also public and if George needed to work in law enforcement at some point that could really make it difficult to get a job.

Well, it helped the investigation and yes, it was after casey died. There was Jesse Grund and exfinance. Amy Huizenga and Ricardo Morales were different group than the ones that testified today.

George knew what the accusations were...maybe not exactly WHAT was going to be said. But, he knew. I'm sure his lawyer prepared him.

Oh I'm not accusing him of it at all, I don't think he did it in the least. Just wanted to make that clear. I was just commenting that if he was involved of the drowning of Caylee, I don't think he could sit straight faced when they brought it up in trial, I think he would have broken down. Just like some people are saying if he did not abuse Casey, then he should have broken down when that was brought up. That is all... I am definitely NOT saying he did it.

Very true. Everyone is evaluating George's reaction but Casey has had no reaction and things I definitely think as myself as a caring mother definitely would have. Maybe they are all just numb to it now, who knows.

How do we know, it's not true? I think, Casey behaves like an abuse victim.
