Hey another possible father has arrived! This one is in federal prison in South Carolina on heroin charges! Sounds feasible to me! I think this could be the one! LOL

A man incarcerated at a federal prison in South Carolina has filed legal papers in Orange Circuit Court to determine if he is Caylee Marie Anthony's father.

The self-filed DNA/paternity suit comes from Christopher Lee Umberger, who listed his federal inmate number and address as Williamsburg Corrections in Salters, S.C.

The claims says he "seeks DNA for the use in proving paternity with reference to Caylee Marie Anthony…That DNA is needed to confirm who the father of Caylee Marie Anthony is."

The petition also states "that Casey Anthony, the mother, harmed or otherwise led to the death of Caylee Marie Anthony and a suit to hold Casey Anthony liable for such action is to be brought."

The filing goes on to say Casey Anthony can be held liable for court fees and attorney costs.

In a handwritten note to the Orange County Clerk of Court's office, Umberger described himself as a "pauper" with "no funds to pay filing fees."

He asked that Casey Anthony be served immediately because after her release from the Orange County Jail, expected on Sunday, "serving Casey Anthony may become very hard."

The federal Bureau of Prisons website indicates Umberger is 49 and set to be released in September 2012 from the Federal Correctional Institution Williamsburg. He originally pleaded guilty to a federal heroin distribution charge, was incarcerated and then placed on supervised release, but he violated terms of his release last year, according to federal court records

Casey Anthony, 25, was found not guilty earlier this month of the most serious charges filed against her, including the first-degree murder of 2-year-old Caylee Marie. She was found guilty of four counts of lying to law enforcement.

I just wanted to check in and tell you I'm going to have surgery tomorrow, so if I get on this thread in the next few days and I'm slurring my typing , or asking stupid questions , please forgive me! I'm gonna try not to post much, but ya never know. KC has me so worked up, I may be writing away more than ever depending on how good the pain meds are working!

He doesn't read people very well. He missed extremely important cues from everyone in the trial.

Yep, LOL.. The Judge recused himself, will be reassigned, but nobody seems to know why. Im sure we will find out eventually.

Its stinks because its Friday and Casey gets out on Sunday! Will she get away with avoiding this depo as well? UGH!

She and her lawyers helped delay her original trial and now they will delay this case. Enough for her to run out of town. Lovely.

Funny....Baez knew she was a liar and said so on the record.

Take comfort in knowing that she can't change her social and she can't run from the IRS. She may be the next Richard Hatch. Except his moral compass points a little more accurately towards North.

so then would it be too much to ask someone to pay her 500k for an interview and then she won't pay taxes on it and get thrown in jail

doesn't she already owe 70k in taxes for something? maybe they can arrest her for defaulting on that then when she gets out she can continue her pattern and be in and out of jail.

wont be the life sentence we all wanted but at least she'll keep going back in

if ICA is appealing the lying perhaps that played into why the depo was so short. I'm sure this appeal played into it.
