I wonder how Cassey feels about the defense they went with? At some point the truth will prevail. I wonder if the husband whos wife left town, will still leave?
True! As much as I would love to see her found guilty and in prison, there's a certain amount of justice in the current situation. I think she felt when she was found "not guilty" the world would say, like her motherI doubt that Casey is happy about much of anything right now (other than not being in jail). I have no doubt that she has convinced herself that she was never "really" guilty of anything and is highly annoyed at basically being held captive while Baez goes out with his pretty wife and has birthday dinners with Barbara Walters. It's not justice, but it beats nothing...

Here are the names of the jurors. WESH decided not to release the names; Orlando Sentinel did.

So there they are. The most I can do with that list is hope I don't end up related to any of them.![]()
Hi all,
Is anyone here also on Websleuths? I've been trying to get on to follow the MJ trial and I can only get the front page, not even the list of forums. I've deleted my cookies and history. Is anyone else having issues or is it me?
Thanks,
Terri

Bob Kealing is tweeting from a Florida Bar panel discussion. No recording devices allowed. Here are some tweets:

I'm at the #CaseyAnthony ethics panel. #Ashton #mason #Draneburdick are here. No tv allowed. No recording devices. Private event.
Orange County Bar President: We're not here to retry the case. Personal Attacks prohibited. #CaseyAnthony.
Little of both sounds like@DaDessertLadie: Cool, Bob. What's the format? Are they presenting or is it more of a panel discussion?
#jeffashton and #lindadraneburdick being called to front table. Sitting down now being introduced. Linda being lauded for courtroom decorum.
#jeffashton first question: did media affect outcome? Greatest impact was "personal inconvenience." Publicity made it hard to pick jury.
#Draneburdick said witnesses were concerned about spotlight. Scrutiny. Publicity did not effect their strategy. First time she is commenting
#lindadraneburdick: "jose Baez and I were not the best of friends." #CaseyAnthony
#jeffashton I've always been able to battle in court and leave it in the courtroom. Not necessarily in this case.(relations with defense).
#lindadraneburdick says she lost 17 pounds during #CaseyAnthony trial: "the anxiety diet."
A moderator is asking #jeffashton and #lindadraneburdick questions.
#jeffashton: we need to reconsider public access to evidence during Discovery: Makes it difficult to pick jury. #CaseyAnthony
#lindadraneburdick echoes sentiment public access to evidence pre trial is a detriment to justice system. #CaseyAnthony
FYI #Fla bar spokeswoman says #Josebaez was invited and did not respond to invite. #CaseyAnthony.
#jeffashton "I would eliminate Discovery" until after trial. Evidence should be seen by public at trial First. #CaseyAnthony.
#jeffashton Discovery invites circus atmosphere like was had in #CaseyAnthony case.
