OKAY just saw on the news that the Anthony's are selling Casey's car starting price is 5000.00. Seriously? Really? I had put these people on the moral ladder right above call girls and their bosses(do not want to use the correct words but you all know them) but now they have actually sunk below and possibly reached the level of hit men.

If it were me, and I knew my relative had been stashed in that car in such a disgusting manner I would have the car destroyed .....there has to be a huge amount of negative energy attached to that vehicle but more than that why would you want to think of someone driving around, putting groceries etc in a car where a baby had been dumped. I know that the people who want to buy it are crazy but I excuse them just because they are crazy and to me it is wORSE that Caylee's grandparents would benefit from her one of for lack of a better term final resting place.

They are disgusting. I am starting to think RC was too good for George. Don't tell me, they will donate the money to the foundation the GAC foundation!

I wouldn't want that car, but I can understand why they are selling it. I doubt they want it around, as it has too many bad things attached to it, and they've had an attorney and may have attorney expenses to pay, and God only knows what other outstanding bills they may have, due to the mess that Casey created for them.

Personally, I have always and still do feel bad for George and Cindy. They have their flaws, but they've probably been to hell and back these past three years.

Why don't the Anthony's give the car to a charity that some good can out of this tragedy?

Kurby, Soooo glad Nicole is home!!! Thanks for sharing this wonderful occasion. It's nice to look back and remember something positive that happened this summer.

I agree. I think at some point in time, she will probably be left out in the cold, unless she can find someone just like her, who is fortunate enough to have an income. At some point, her boyfriend Jose won't be willing to keep her (if that's who's keeping her for now). When it reaches a point where she has no more monetary value to him, he'll be off.

She doesn't have a high school diploma, that's true. I'd be willing to that Baez is going to take close to half of whatever she gets for the big interview, and then as you said, she will be cast aside.

As for Casey and her Diploma issue...

It would be practical to get a GED and try commmunity college and work her way through the Erin Brokavitch route. But I doubt it will happen as that requires hard work and would cramp her style as partying victim. Lack of an education is only a crutch for so long. At some point, when you can't get any further, you suck it up and make something of yourself.

Chances are slim that Casey would take anything other than the path of least resistance.

I had been saying since she was born that i hoped that she would come home on or before her due date.

Cassie and Nikki the night before still in the hospital but in the parent room just minutes before we got the news that she Nikki could come home the next day

Nicole and Nanny waiting for the dr to sign the papers so we could head home

Nicole at home in her new bed (ok it's Cassie's old bed too )

Comfy on mummy and daddy's bed

ready for bed (the sooner the better now that there are 2 of them )

Now Nikki's home we can finally relax and enjoy our family.

Well at least there not handing it over to Casey. Its one way of not supporting her. Dont they have to return personal items of hers? I doubt Casey wants any of Caylees stuff. The Anthonys will probably get rid of the rest of it as it serves to much of a reiminder.

I agree with you, but there are some who believe that investigation cost is built into the system (cost of investigating, whether based on true or false statements made by Casey).

It isn't built in for wild goose chases. When someone deliberately deceives the law with false crime, there is recourse.

If I set a false alarm on my home, I am subject to fees (I think i get a certain amount for free...just like Casey when they gave her the chance to come clean ). Claiming a kidnapping would be a far larger waste of resources.

Gosh, I don't know. I was thinking that Cindy would leave Caylee's room just as it's been for the past 3 years. I agree with you. If my daughter (or grandchild in this case) had decomposed in the back of that car, the car would be destroyed. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. It wouldn't matter how much I might need the money. Nobody would be driving that car around or exhibiting it for sensationalistic reasons. Would.Not.Happen.

I hope for her sake she can move on, I dont condone what she has done but she needs to heal from the tradgedy. It looks like the prosecution has put over 300 pages of stuff together for the cost. All I can say for Casey is OUCH. Dont know how she will get that much money. I am very dissappointed the bar dropped the charge against Mason, that doesnt say anything good about joining the bar. They set the standards for getting very high, and then let someone get away with that.

All I can say for Casey is OUCH. Dont know how she will get that much money. I am very dissappointed the bar dropped the charge against Mason, that doesnt say anything good about joining the bar. They set the standards for getting very high, and then let someone get away with that.

But isn't that indicative of everything in this case? If he were some lawyer who no one knew they would sanction him without a thought. They had the chance to make a statement and they did not. I know despite what it looks like what they have sown they shall reap, it doesnt matter how long it takes. Yes there is a purpose, even though we cant see it. "But god knows all about it. And he knows better than all of us. Same with OJ he still reaped what he sewed and he is in jail. I have had a lot of tradgedy in my own life and yet I know god has it under control. Its his revenge against it that would be worse than any juror or court room could do. But I still get frustrated just as much as everyone else.

The Good Ole' Boys Network is alive and well. Funny, just five years ago the very same bar had issues with Jose and seemed to have such high standards. In reality, he was a no-name attorney that they didn't care about. Amazing how the rules change for Mason.

This entire case has made me so disappointed with all aspects of the criminal justice system. Defense lawyers that are able to make up any story they want without repercussions, a mother that can flat out lie and walks away without even a slap on the wrist, and let's not forget the 12 idiots that didn't seem to understand what their job was and didn't have enough brain cells to ask for clarification. Since it has ended there have been private jets, luxury vacations, lawyer misconduct, and talk of million dollar deals. I really do believe in karma but I am not a patient person. It will be hard watching Casey live the life of Riley for 10 or 15 years but I really feel the time will come when karma will bite her.
