I'm not sure I understand this regarding Casey repaying the costs for the investigation.

Eaton said Perry has discretion to decide what costs of the investigation should be shifted to Anthony, but since she was acquitted of the most serious crimes, expenses for that part of the investigation cannot be included.
"She should not be taxed for the crimes for which she was found not guilty. There's going to have to be a dividing line somewhere," Eaton said.

I was under the impression that the whole reason they are going after her is because they spent a boatload of money investigating a crime that apparently never took place. Yet, this judge is saying that they can't go after her for the crimes she was found not guilty of.
What are they going after then? Only the 4 counts of lying? Are the $80,000+ that they are referring to in the article based only on the lying charges or is that what those departments spent altogether and they are going to make Judge Perry ascertain what charges relate to the the lying versus the murder charges?
