Carthay Circle or Wine Country Tuttoria?

I've never eaten at CC, but I cannot recommend WCT in any way. We were willing to give them a second try after the first "meh" experience, but the second visit was just horrendous. I will NEVER eat there again.

Never had CC, but now I'm wanting to try it! We had WCT this last trip and like others have said, it was okay. Nicer food than I'm used to eating, but it didn't wow me at all. We had an awkward waiter as well. I'm going to have to splurge for CC next time!
