The last one was at HS, and it's been gone for a little while now. Haven't gone yet, but I know AoA has a Cars section, planning to check it out this trip.

I'd hope they'd bring SOMETHING from Cars back into the parks after Cars3 comes out, but who knows?

There are a lot of characters from Cars at the Cars section of Art of Animation. Haven't seen them personally, but have looked it up online. Plan on taking the kids there this next trip.

There was a Lightning McQueen and Mater meet and greet at HS, but that is gone to make way for the new lands their building. The only place to now see any Cars characters is at the Art of Animation hotel. If seeing the cars would be a highlight, then definitely make a trip over to the hotel to visit it.

No word on if they'll have another meet and greet set up for the newest Cars movie. I would doubt it just because of the size it would be and really nowhere to put it at the moment. But you never know
