If it's a solid I don't think so. If it's gel, then yes.

Roll on, spray or gel deodorants would count as liquids. A true solid stick deodorant doesn not.

Yeah. I almost never see roll-on or spray anymore, so I forgot they exist. LOL.

A razor is fine.

As far as figuring what is a liquid, and what isn't...if it will not hold it's shape if removed from the container, then it's a liquid. This includes gels.
